    ST. LOUIS – A truck driver stabbed another truck driver overnight in East St. Louis. The attack happened around 2:30 a.m. Thursday at the Gateway Truck Plaza Service Center on Madison Road.     EAST ST. LOUIS – One man was shot overnight in East St. Louis. The shooting occurred in the Samuel Gompers Homes on North Sixth Street just before 11:00 p.m. Tuesday.     ST. LOUIS –  St. Louis police are investing after a woman was shot early Wednesday morning. The shooting happened at Riverview Boulevard and Lucille Avenue in the Walnut Park West neighborhood. According to authorities the woman was shot in the face and chest area and was conscious and breathing at the scene. She was taken to an area hospital and her condition is unknown.     CENTRAL WEST END, Mo. – Several people were injured in a two-car accident Friday morning in the Central West End. Police say, two cars collided around 1:45 a.m. on North Kingshighway at Waterman Boulevard crashing into the traffic light causing it to fall on one of the cars.     ST. LOUIS –  At least three people were shot on the 4800 block of Kossuth Avenue in north St. Louis Wednesday night. The first shooting occurred just before 9:30 p.m. Police say a 35-year- old man was killed and one other man is at an area hospital. His condition is unknown.   • Pickup truck catches fire after crashing into parked car, police say

    ST. LOUIS – Police are looking for the driver whose truck caught flames after crashing into a parked car overnight in north St. Louis. The incident happened around 1:15 a.m. Monday on Greer Venue at Marcus Avenue. According to authorities, the driver was nowhere to be found when police arrived. No injuries were reported.

    SOUTH ST. LOUIS – St. Louis police are investigating after an early morning smash and grab. Thieves broke into the Sprint wireless store in the 3500 block of South Kingshighway Monday. They used something heavy to shatter the glass in the bottom of the entryway to get inside. The suspects had fled the scene before police arrived. There was no immediate word on suspect information.     WINFIELD, Mo. – The Mississippi River is near its crest at Winfield and water continues to spill over levees in that area, threatening homes and businesses. Lincoln County Emergency management reports that three levees, Elsberry King’s Lake System, Winfield Main, and Foley, continued to be overtopped by Mississippi River flood water.
