SOUTH ROXANA, IL. - First responders were on the scene near Wanda and Wagon Wheel Roads on Tuesday night searching for a vehicle in a pond. As of 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday officials on the scene were not sure if there was a body in the vehicle. A dive team was on the scene and crews were working to tow the vehicle from the pond.
