Burpees – 10 reps
Pushups – 15 reps
Mountain Climbers – 20 reps
Bicycle crunches – 30 reps
Plank – Hold 45 seconds

Beginners: 3 sets, Intermediate: 4-5 sets, Advanced: 6 sets
