Ameren Missouri uses drones to help restore power and assess tornado damage

Ameren Missouri is turning to drones to help restore power to areas damaged by this week's tornadoes. The drones are being used to assess damage on the ground.

The storms are blamed for at least three deaths across the state.

Jefferson City was hit especially hard and many customers still don't have electricity.
Ameren Missouri hopes to have power restored by tomorrow afternoon.
