Endangered person advisory issued for St. Louis toddler

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – An endangered person advisory has been issued for an 18-month-old girl. Kenadie Lipsey’s father told her mother she would never see the child again, and then left with her. She was wearing a pink coat over blue and white Tinkerbell pajamas.

Police say the incident happened in the 1000 block of Adworth Dr, St Louis at 4:20 PM on 11/29/2016.

The toddler’s father is identified by police as Kendall Lipsey. He is described as a black male, age 26, hgt 6’1″, 130 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion, wearing a gray jacket over a blue t-shirt, dark gray sweatpants, and gray and white Nikes.

Kendall Lipsey is Kenadie’s non-custodial father. There is a temporary order of protection in place against the subject on the child’s behalf.

Anyone with information should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
