ST. LOUIS, MO(KTVI)- St. Louis aldermen are reviewing another pitch today for public funding to expand Ballpark Village.

The Cardinals want $65 million in public incentives over the next 20 years to help pay for the $220 million addition. The city's Housing, Urban Development and Zoning Committee holds a hearing on the issue at 9 a.m. at City Hall.

Some aldermen question how the Ballpark Village expansion would help the city.

Officials say the city will benefit in the long run.
