ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - There’s a new way to re-enroll in the affordable care act for health insurance next year.

Researchers at Washington University School of Medicine have developed a website designed to make signing up through health-care-dot-gov simple and easy to do.

If you`ve been to healthcare.gov to find health coverage that`s right for you, you probably wondered whether the market place was actually right.

The sheer number of health plans available baffled many Missourians struggling to make a decision.

To help clear up confusion, researchers at Washington University created Show-Me Health Plans, a free web based, decision aid.

The goal, researchers say, is to provide an easier way to help you gain access to healthcare; and do so with little to no stress or out of pocket expenses.

If you want new health insurance for next year under Obamacare, you must enroll by December 15th.

If you have never registered, but want to sign up for a health plan, the deadline to do so is January 31st.

To use the website created by wash u researchers, go to show-me-health-plans.org.
