ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)- Another six overdose cases have been reported in downtown St. Louis just between 3:00pm and 4:00pm Friday afternoon. The overdoses happened in the area of 13th and St. Charles in downtown St. Louis.

Between November 7-11, 2016, paramedics treated more than one hundred people, most of them homeless, after they apparently overdosed on a synthetic opioid or synthetic cannabis.

Those who have used the drugs seem to walk around in what’s described as a zombie like state followed by seizures. At least one arrest of a possible distributor was made last week.
