(KPLR) – Tuesday students at Missouri College got a surprise when the school unexpectedly shut down.  In a letter sent to students, the for-profit school announced its immediate closure.  The letter states the school’s new ownership group Weston Educational was experiencing financial difficulties and was closing several campuses across the nation.

The letter adds the school will do what it can to help students with future placement and that more detailed info will be sent out soon.
