25-year-old Berkeley woman reported missing

BERKELEY, MO (KPLR) – The Berkeley Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 25-year-old who left home five days ago and hasn’t been seen since.

Monica Elaine Sykes left her residence on Faye Street on October 27. Sykes’ family said she left home without her identification and has not called or texted in days.

Police described Sykes as an African-American female with a medium complexion, standing 4’11” and weighing approximately 100 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes, and dark brown hair in long braids. She has an “M” tattooed on her upper right arm and the name “Leonard” written in cursive tattooed on her left shoulder blade.

Anyone with information on Sykes’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Berkeley Police Department at 314-524-3311.
