Police identify remains found in North St. Louis County

ivory-kelly(KPLR) – St. Louis County Police report they have identified the human remains found in a tree line behind a north county church last week.

A spokesperson says they are that of 64-year-old ivory Kelly, a dementia patient who disappeared from his Florissant home in early august.

The Missouri state highway patrol and issued an endangered silver advisory back on August 1st for Kelly.  Kelley had last been seen near his residence on Churchill Drive.

Detectives say there appears to be no signs of foul play, but an investigation is still ongoing.
