(KPLR) - The debates between the candidates for governor in Missouri may be over.  Fox 2's John Brown spoke with both campaigns to find out why the debating may be over.

Tuesday Chris Koster's campaign said the future debates are on hold until Eric Greitens releases his tax returns.

We talked with the campaign managers for both sides to hear what they have to say about it.

At this point it appears the debate which was supposed to be on Fox 2 is on hold.

The Greitens’s camp says they aren't releasing the tax returns at this point and Koster's camp says that has to happen first.

The deadline that Koster has put on this is Thursday at 5 pm.
