Washington University targeting grandmothers in autism study

ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Washington University School of Medicine is recruiting 500 grandmothers to participate in an autism study. Research shows one in every 68 children is impacted by autism. Boys are more affected by the autism spectrum disorder than girls. Women who have given birth to a child with autism are eligible to participate in the study.
