AFFTON, MO (KPLR) - The St. Louis County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed a local Circle K in the early morning hours on Monday.

According to Officer Benjamin Granda, a police spokesman, the robbery occurred at 3:45 a.m. in the 9900 block of Tesson Ferry Road. The suspect walked up to the clerk, displayed a handgun, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

The suspect is described as an African-American man between the ages of 30 and 35. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
