Major Case Squad makes arrest in Cahokia murder

CAHOKIA, IL (KTVI) - An arrest has been made and warrants issued in the Cahokia major case homicide investigation. Ramone Parker, 23, of Cahokia has been charged with first degree murder in the death of Lamondo Brown.

Brown was shot while walking in the area of Ellen and Williams streets in Cahokia last Saturday night. He later died at a hospital.

Cahokia police requested the Major Case Squad to investigate Brown's death.
