DOGTOWN, MO (KPLR) - Failoni's in Dogtown is celebrating 100 years of serving their community. The Failoni family opened the bar in 1916, and still enjoy serving classic Italian food to customers today.

The family says it's not a bar, it's home. They have raised generations of Failoni's upstairs, have sung many Sinatra tunes, and have contributed to the community.

Matriarch Rosemary Failoni and  grandson, Joey, do all of the cooking. They recommend the Italian green olive salad and the flash fried spinach.

To celebrate their 100th year, Failoni's is hosting a party this Saturday, June 4 from 11 AM to 11 PM. There will be a dunk tank, clydesdales, a 50/50 raffle, live music, and delicious food.
