ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - St. Louis County Police are asking for help identifying a suspect wanted for an armed robbery at a north St. Louis County ATM. Surveillance images captured an image of the suspect’s face as he stared into the machine. The ATM is located at the Alliance Credit Union on West Florissant Avenue. Police say the robbery was April 2nd at approximately 5:30pm.

“What concerns me is the safety,” said one woman walking near the intersection of West Florissant and Ferguson Avenues.  She told us she only uses an ATM if the machine is located inside her bank.

St. Louis County Police believe the victim did the right thing by withdrawing the money.   She was not injured.

They want anyone with information to call Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477) or visit: http://stlrcs.org/.
