ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – In a new, 10-year study of more than 25,000 men, those who ate at least three servings a week of blueberries and citrus fruits were reported to have a nearly 20 percent lower risk of erectile dysfunction, compared to those who ate the smallest amounts or none at all.
