ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Just over a week before Grant`s Farm opens for the season there is more drama over who will own the iconic attraction. The four Busch siblings who had wanted to sell the park to the St. Louis Zoo now have made an offer to buy it.

The four siblings who now want to buy the park call it one of St. Louis` most beloved attractions. Billy Busch, who made his own offer to buy Grant`s Farm when his siblings wanted to sell it, is raising questions about this latest move.

In a statement, four of the Busch siblings, Beatrice Busch Von Gontard, Peter Busch, Trudy Busch Valentine and Andrew Busch say they want to continue to operate Grant`S Farm in the same way that the public has loved for 62 years.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the offer from the four siblings is to buy grants farm for $26 million.

Billy Busch who has been opposed to selling Grant`S Farm to anyone outside the Busch family calls the latest move of four of his siblings ironic, saying they have wanted to sell the farm all along. Months ago he made a $24.1 million dollar offer to buy the farm. He has also put forth a 10 year business plan.

Both sides issued statements.

Part of the statement from the four siblings reads, "The purpose of our offer and commitments to preserve Grant's Farm as an iconic St. Louis treasure. We and our families plan to honor Grant's Farm's heritage of the Busch family, animals, nature and family fun for today and for generations to come. Our family will make significant investments in the natural landscape and maintenance of buildings and facilities.'

Part of Billy Busch`s statement reads, "Their offer includes very few details and certainly no guarantees or assurances that they would not sell Grant`s Farm in the future to developers or other entities. That said, I absolutely intend to continue pursuing the purchase of the property from our family trust, just as I have done since last November."

Billy Busch also points out that while his plan includes provisions for his siblings in the future ownership of the park, their offer does not include that for him or his brother Adolpus.

Grant`s Farm opens April 16th.
