(KPLR) – A deadly crash that killed three family members on Highway 61 in St. Charles County is now heading to court.  Wrongful death lawsuits have been filed for the three victims, Jacqueline Faudi and her daughters Autumn Faudi and Kaydance Miller.

The suits claim MoDOT should have installed a cable barrier along the busy stretch of highway where the crash occurred.

The suit also names Brian Keiper, the driver that allegedly rear-ended Faudi’s vehicle.
