ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - It doesn't feel like the beginning of winter, but winter started officially Monday.  With that in mind St. Louis County is partnering with the Salvation Army to provide sheltering services for the homeless.  The service will replace the opening of warming center for county residents and the homeless, provide more beds and services for those in need this winter.
