ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Steve Weinmann of Kenrick`s Meats & Catering stopped by the studio to teach us all how to avoid overcooking the holiday ham by simply adding a glaze to the ham from preventing a overcooked ham. He also has ways of incorporating everyone's favorite ingredient, bacon.
