Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing 4-year-old boy

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – The Missouri Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a 4-year-old boy.

Authorities say Jhul Min’s mother, Janelle, who does not have custody, took him from her parent’s home in Ewing, Missouri near Hannibal.

Investigators say they may be on their way to St. Louis.

Janelle was driving a black 2014 Chevrolet Traverse with Missouri license plates, HC4-J5W.
