EAST ST. LOUIS, IL (KPLR)- This is day 18 of the East St. Louis teachers strike. That means no school again for nearly 6,000 students in the district. Both sides plan another negotiating session Tuesday morning.

The union is still reviewing the latest offer by the district.

The president of the East St. Louis Federation of Teachers says they're bringing sleeping bags and are willing to spend the night negotiating, if that's what it takes.
