Durbin joins discussion of moving NGA to St. Clair County

ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – U.S. Senator Dick Durbin was at Scott Air Force Base Monday morning to discuss a St. Clair County bid for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. The NGA provides real-time maps and imagery data to U.S. Intelligence Agencies and military.

Durbin is a ranking member of the senate defense appropriations subcommittee.

NGA is currently located in South St. Louis.
