ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Rain is causing cause sub-par conditions at several area golf courses.

June is normally a good month for golf courses. But this month has a lot of golf courses soggy. at the Quarry at Crystal Springs, the rain has literally flooded parts of the course and the cart paths, making it hard to get around. To stay open, sometimes golf courses have to enforce the cart path only rule, which isn't very popular with golfers.

Golf courses spend a lot of money on drainage systems so the course can dry up as soon as possible. Sometimes it's just too much rain for just a drain.
