ST. CLAIR COUNTY, IL (KPLR) – As thunder storms plague the central part of the United States this week, flash flooding and flooding of low-lying areas in the St. Louis region is fast becoming a common site. Rain is in the forecast for the next several days till Friday, which is raising concerns for the public and government officials.

Meteorologist Chris Higgins is in the Gateway Honda Dealers Storm Pilot keeping watch on the latest flooding conditions in St. Clair County.
