DES PERES, MO (KPLR) –The day before Mother's Day was a nightmare for shoppers at West County Center. Construction at the mall left hundreds of shoppers stuck in the parking lot trying to get out. The Des Peres Police Department gave support to mall security to help relieve some of the congestion, but shoppers were frustrated.
