ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – A lawsuit has been dismissed for one of the grand jurors who declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson. A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed the lawsuit, saying that the state court was the proper venue for the case.
The juror’s lawsuit states the grand jury documents released by the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office do not fully portray the proceedings. The juror wanted to be released from the oath of secrecy to challenge that all grand jurors believed there was no support for charges
