ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Chef Liz Schuster of Tenacious Eats joined us on KPLR News 11 to talk about the St. Andrew's Charitable Foundation 4th Annual Derby Day Brunch. The event will take place on Sunday, May 3rd at the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park.
Magnificent millinery, mint juleps and fabulous food will highlight the 4th Annual Derby Brunch on Sunday, May 3 to benefit the St. Andrew's Charitable Foundation.
The $75-per-person ticketed event will feature traditional "Derby" dishes and delicious refreshments created on site by top local restaurants. There will be horse-drawn carriage rides. Guests will ride through Forest Park while World's Fair-themed entertainment such as fortunetellers, glass blowers, aerial acrobats and caricature artists will delight the crowd. Guests can also can have their pictures taken with a beautiful racehorse!
Proceeds raised from the event will benefit St. Andrews's work to assist low-income metro area senior citizens with a variety of needs throughout the year via the organization's Senior Solutions program.
