ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – If your use to using the Poplar Street Bridger going from Illinois to St. Louis for your morning commute, you noticed the traffic nightmare Monday morning, as the two right lanes have been closed. MoDOT has closed the two lanes to conduct road work on the Poplar Street Bridge. The lanes will be closed till midsummer.
