CHESTERFIELD, MO (KPLR) – If you live in Chesterfield Valley or travel a lot on I-64 in Chesterfield, you’ve noticed a lot of construction happening. Just when you thought development of the valley was completed, a new push is on for more development.
It’s been nearly two years since the opening of two outlet malls in the valley. Now the Chesterfield Blue Valley is set for an additional 130,000 square feet of retail space being developed. The tenants of this space are expected to include a 50,000 square foot Burlington Coat Factory, a Gander Mountain store and a Cavender’s Boot City.
