NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KPLR)-The St. Louis County Police have issued an Endangered Person Advisory. Latosha A. Young, 24, from the 1800 block of Shardell Drive in the Spanish Lake area, has been missing since 5:30am Saturday, April 25.

Young has been diagnosed with mild mental retardation and manic bi-polar disorder. She may be suicidal.

Young is a black female, 5’8” tall, 240 lbs, with red hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white jacket that says “Children’s Division” on the front, and yellow /black zebra print leggings.  Her car is a Navy blue 2003-2005 Chevy Impala with a dent on the driver’s side front corner panel and a damaged rear bumper.
