WASHINGTON, DC (KPLR) – Missouri U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill co-chaired a enate committee hearing Wednesday on the IRS impersonation scam. McCaskill says at least 400,000 Americans have been defrauded out of nearly $15 million dollars so far during this year’s tax season. That includes $111,000 from 36 Missourians.
