See the “Homers for Health” game shows at Ballpark Village

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - The Cardinals home opener is one of most exciting days in St. Louis. On Monday the Redbirds will take on the Brewers. The game begins at 3:15pm.

There are huge events leading up to the big day.  One event, Homers for Health, is very near and dear to KPLR 11 and Cardinal Nation.

Matt Holiday and his wife Leslee launched Homers for Health in 2012 to help sick and injured kids at SSM Cardinal Glennon Childrens Medical Center. In just three years Cardinals players and fans have Done amazing things for children in need. Raising more than $1.7 million dollars through Homers for Health.

Game Shows:

The 2nd Annual Homers for Health Game Shows will be held Tuesday, April 14 at Ballpark Village.  Last year`s Game Shows proceeds went to Homers for Health - to create child friendly environments in the Costas Center, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and support immediate needs of the hospital.

Some of the judges include:   FOX 2`s Martin Kilkoyne and special guest host Chuck Woolery.
