ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)- It's Tuesday and Cason from C3 Fitness stopped by to give some workout tips for a healthier you. Today he showed John Fuller the 'Challenge Your Core' Workout.

'Challenge Your Core' Workout:

  1. Elevated planks
  2. Spider-Man pushups
  3. Scissor /planks
  4. Side crunches/legs up

3 sets 15 reps
