(KPLR) - Joe Edwards, businessman and unofficial mayor of the Delmar Loop is moving full speed ahead with the Delmar Loop Trolley Project. A groundbreaking ceremony, which included University City Mayor Shelley Welsch and St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay, was recently held in the Loop, and construction is underway to build a permanent roundabout at Trinity and Delmar Boulevard at the Lions Gates. Tonight on The Pulse of St. Louis, we talk with Edwards about the project's progress and what it means for the St. Louis region.
