Recount confirms that Alderwoman Dionne Flowers won by 4 votes

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) –  Second Ward Alderwoman Dionne Flowers will be on the April ballot. A recount of the March 3rd primary confirms Flowers beat challenger Jasmine Turnage by just four votes. Two other candidates also got votes.

Flowers faces green party candidate Elston McCowan April 7th.
