ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – A vigil was held Saturday night for a 6-year-old boy killed in a rolling gun battle earlier this week. Marcus Johnson was riding in a minivan full of children and adults that had just left O’Fallon Park Wednesday night. Police say a car pulled up alongside the vehicle on west Florissant and someone inside opened fire.
Marcus was recovering from a heart procedure he had undergone a week earlier.
At this point, police have no suspects.
