CLAYTON, MO (KPLR) - St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch held a press conference in front of the Justice Center in Clayton on Wednesday.  He responded publicly to the Department of Justice's scathing 106 page report on their investigation into the Ferguson Police Department's practices.

He responds to the police pattern and practices of targeting black citizens by saying, "nobody wants to see anybody treated unfairly."

The Justice Department formally closed its investigation of Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson, declining to bring criminal charges for the killing of Michael Brown.  The Ferguson Grand Jury also chose not to charge Darren in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

Bob McCulloch says, "They had the same evidence we had."
