ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - A St. Louis man faces charges associated with looting after officers found him in a locked bathroom at the Dellwood Market on the night of the Ferguson grand jury decision.  Police say they also identified Leroy Allen, 34, on surveillance video robbing the Phillips 66 on Chambers road the same evening of November 24, 2014.

Police were responding to a report of looting at around midnight at the Dellwood Market when they found Allen.  A police report says he was found in a locked bathroom.  He was arrested for burglary, booked at St. Louis County Justice Services, and released pending application of warrants.

Investigators say he was later identified as a suspect in the burglary of a Phillips 66 on Chambers road on November 24th.  Police have released surveillance photos of him breaking through the gas station door.  They say tips from the public and the security camera video led to the identification.

Leroy Allen faces two counts of Burglary in the second degree, and two counts of Stealing.  He is being held on two separate bonds of $20,000 and $15,000.
