Gas delivery truck hits maternity hospital near Mexico City, explodes

MEXICO — A maternity hospital south of Mexico City is on the verge of collapsing after a gas delivery truck hit a building and exploded, emergency officials said. At least 54 people are injured, including 22 children, Mexico City Mayor Miguel Angel Mancera said. One woman has died. Searchers found her body in the debris.

An unconfirmed number of people are trapped.
