Stream could ask for recount once St. Louis County votes are certified

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) –  The St. Louis County Election Board meets Tuesday to Certify the results of the general election.

In the closely watched race for St. Louis County Executive Democrat Steve Stenger won by a close margin. He beat Republican Rick Stream by 1,768 votes.  Once the final results are certified then Stream could ask for a recount.
