ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - by the time today's girls graduate from the college, we'll need 3 million more scientists and engineers.

The CEO of the Girl Scouts of eastern Missouri, Bonnie Barczykowski, and scouts Emily and Clara are at the KPLR studios to talk about the efforts to develop girls. STEM programs to prepare girls for future jobs.  Scouts provides girls with the education to compete in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
