Michael Brown

CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) – There are new details about the police shooting of Michael Brown from a witness who has already testified before the grand jury.

Our partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch did not identify the man but he says after an initial scuffle in the car, Officer Darren Wilson did not fire until Brown turned back towards him.

He also says Brown put his arms out to his sides, but never raised his hands high.  The witness claims Brown staggered towards Wilson despite commands to stop and the two were about 20 to 25 feet apart when the last shots were fired.
