Police “basically complete” with Michael Brown shooting investigation

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – Police have essentially finished their investigation into the death of Michael Brown according to Ed Magee, spokesperson with the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s office. Magee tells CNN, , “The investigation has been basically completed that is being conducting by both the FBI and St Louis County PD.”

It’s up to a grand jury to decide if officer Darren Wilson will be charged in Michael Brown’s death. The grand jury isn’t expected to make a decision until mid-November.
