Ferguson to host series of town hall meetings

(KPLR) – The city of Ferguson announced Wednesday a series of town hall meetings to update residents on proposed changes and to address specific concerns by the community.

The first town hall meeting will be Monday night from 6 pm to 8 pm. The topic to be discussed will be misconceptions about Ferguson.

Residents can attend one of three meetings:

In ward one-The meeting will be held at city hall.

In ward two-The meeting is at Wellspring Church on South Florissant Road.

In ward three-Residents can attend the town hall meeting at Our Lady of Guadalupe church on Hawksbury Drive.

Four other meetings with different topics will be held through early November. Locations for those have not been announced.
