St. Charles Police looking for same suspect in two robberies

ST. CHARLES, MO (KPLR)- St. Charles police are looking for a man suspected in two gas station robberies Saturday.

The first robbery occurred at the Petro Mart on N. Third Street around 2:40am and the second was at a BP station on Zumbehl Road around 9:20pm.  Police say that in both instances, the suspect threatened the store clerk with a knife, demanding money.

No one was injured. The suspect got away with an unknown amount of cash in both instances.

The suspect is described as a white man, 20-30 years of age, 5′ 10” with a medium build, and short brown hair. He has a goatee and was wearing glasses. He was wearing a black t-shirt with white writing on the front, maroon athletic shorts, and white tennis shoes. The suspect was seen getting into a red 4 door sedan
