ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Around 54,000 screaming fans pile into Edward Jones Dome Wednesday for the first music concert in 11 years. The world-renowned boy band One Direction takes the stage tonight as their "Where We Are" tour continues in St. Louis at 7:00 pm. While the focus of this concert will be on the band's latest album "Midnight Memories," songs from their earlier albums will also be performed. St. Louis joins a select list of U.S. cities chosen for a "Where We Are" tour stop with only 25 cities selected.

Jamie Scott, a British singer and songwriter, opens for One Direction tonight. Parents are encouraged to check out the Plaza Lobby inside the dome where they can enjoy food and beverages while kids attend the concert. The Plaza Lobby is open from 5:00 pm until one hour after the concert.

This is the first concert since the summer of 2003 when Metallica and Linkin Park performed at Edwards Jones Dome.
