Missing Lenzberg, IL woman found safe

Update: The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department was able to locate Sue Winkleman on Sunday at about 1:00 p.m. at a local hospital. Investigators learned she had been taken there by EMS early Sunday morning to be treated for medical issues not related to her disappearance.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, IL (KPLR) –The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department is asking for your help in finding a missing Lenzburg, Illinois, woman. Lenzburg is near New Athens.

Sue Winkleman, 64, was reported missing Thursday night from her home on Lake Drive. She was last seen walking in the area of Route 13 outside of New Athens around 2:30 Thursday afternoon.

Winkleman was wearing white pants and a white shirt. She has grey hair, blues eyes, is five feet tall and weighs 150 pounds.
